Welcome to Dari ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dari mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using Dari, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the Service immediately.
Dari is intended only for users aged 18 years and older.
1.1 Age Requirement – You must be at least 18 years old to use Dari. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

1.4 One Account Rule – Each user may maintain only one active Dari account unless expressly authorized by us.
1.5 Account Termination – We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
2.1 AI Writing Platform – Dari provides AI-powered writing tools that help users generate, edit, and refine written content based on their chosen styles or AI personas.
2.2 Creative Inspiration – Users can interact with AI writing assistants to brainstorm ideas, draft texts, or enhance their storytelling and productivity.
2.3 Virtual Currency System – Certain premium features (such as advanced AI models) may require the use of virtual coins. Coins can be purchased through in-app transactions.
2.4 Social Interaction – Dari may include community features that allow users to share written works, interact with others, or exchange creative feedback.
2.5 Updates and Improvements – We continuously develop new tools and features, which may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion.
3.1 Coins – "Coins" are in-app virtual credits that can be used to access premium features or content.
3.2 Purchases – Coin purchases are processed through third-party payment providers (such as Apple or Google). All transactions are final and non-refundable except as required by law.
3.3 Non-Transferable – Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed outside Dari.
3.4 Price Changes – We reserve the right to adjust pricing or coin packages at any time.
3.5 Unauthorized Transactions – You are responsible for monitoring your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized purchases caused by compromised accounts.
4.1 Ownership – You retain ownership of the content you create, but by submitting or publishing it within Dari, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it for service operation and promotion.

7.1 Compliance with Privacy Policy – Your use of Dari is subject to our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and store personal information.
7.2 User Responsibility – You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information and account credentials.
7.3 Data Accuracy – You agree to provide accurate and complete information during account registration and maintain it up to date.
7.4 User Rights – You may access, modify, or delete your personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
7.5 Children and CSAE – Dari is intended only for users 18 years and older. Any content involving Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) is strictly prohibited and reported immediately to authorities.
8.1 Generated Content – AI-generated text is provided for creative and educational purposes only. Dari does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of AI outputs.
8.2 User Responsibility – Users are solely responsible for reviewing and using AI-generated content and must ensure it complies with applicable laws and ethical standards.
8.3 No Professional Advice – AI outputs do not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise). Users should seek appropriate guidance before acting on AI-generated suggestions.
8.4 Prohibited Uses – AI must not be used to create harmful, deceptive, offensive, or illegal content, including harassment, misinformation, or infringement of third-party rights.
9.1 General Limitation – To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dari and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
9.2 Service Interruptions – Dari does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Temporary outages or technical issues may occur.
9.3 User Content – We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or reliability of user-generated content, including AI-assisted outputs.
9.4 Virtual Currency – We are not liable for losses of virtual coins due to account compromise, technical errors, or unauthorized transactions, except as required by law.
9.5 Maximum Liability – Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you have paid to Dari in the 12 months preceding the claim, if any.
10.1 Violation of Terms – We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, community guidelines, or applicable laws.
10.2 Termination by User – You may delete your account at any time via app settings or by contacting service@dari.run.
10.3 Effect of Termination – Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and your data will be handled according to the Privacy Policy's retention rules.
10.4 Survival – Provisions regarding intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive account termination.
10.5 Notice of Termination – In certain cases, we may provide prior notice before termination, but immediate suspension may occur if urgent action is needed (e.g., security breaches, CSAE concerns).
11.1 User Responsibility – You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dari and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
11.2 Defense Cooperation – We may assume control of any claim or legal proceeding and you agree to cooperate fully with our defense.
11.3 Exclusions – Indemnification does not apply to damages caused solely by Dari's gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

14.1 Optional Advertising – Dari may display non-intrusive advertisements, promotions, or sponsored content relevant to writing and creativity.
14.2 User Consent – Users will only receive marketing communications or personalized offers if they have opted in.
14.3 No Sale of Personal Data – We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or third parties.
14.4 Promotional Accuracy – Dari does not guarantee the accuracy or availability of third-party promotions and is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation.
15.1 Periodic Updates – Dari may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, legal requirements, or operational practices.

16.1 At Our Discretion – Dari reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Service, in whole or in part, for maintenance, technical reasons, or other operational requirements.

17.3 Indirect Damages – Dari shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
17.4 User Responsibility – Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Service, including AI outputs, complies with applicable laws and ethical standards.
